Fidelix Group strengthens position in Nordic market by launching its Ecoguard services and technology for residential buildings in Norway

Fidelix Group Oy has entered into an agreement to acquire Zynergi AS. Company will be merged to Fidelix Group company brand Ecoguard, the market leading Swedish provider of cloud-based software, sensor products and innovative solutions for residential building owners. Company name changes from Zynergi AS to EcoGuard Norge AS. 

Fidelix Group is a group of solution-focused units that were all born to make buildings smarter and to find solutions for the challenges that the harsh Nordic climate poses to buildings. EcoGuard’s turn-key solutions enable temperature metering and billing of water and electricity based on individual consumption, powered by CURVES – a powerful data analysis and visualization platform. Consumption of electricity and water can be analyzed by both facility owners and individual residents. Fidelix Oy is a market leader in Finland in smart building automation and indoor climate control.  

Zynergi represents experienced team in sub-metering, smart house installations and security solutions for residential properties. Zynergi was established in February this year.

EcoGuard has today a turnover of 120 MSEK and about 60 employees. Fidelix Group has today a turnover of 50M€ and about 360 employees. The acquisition has no impact on the employees of Zynergi, EcoGuard or Fidelix Group.
